Parasol canopy is made either of polyester weighing from140g/m2 to 260g/m2 or cotton - sunshade (does not have waterproofaperture) weighing from 145 to 160 g/m2. The product is waterproofand water resistant trimmed (for parasols with diameter over 3meters the waterproof cover has hydrostatic head rating of 330). Wecan make steel or metal constructions with roofing, according tothe needs of a customer''s order. Here we can offer garden sheds,commercial pavilions, shelters and roofings. Depending on ourclients'' needs we make different colour parasols with printedlogos. The technology we use to make printings depends on theproductive input. For small amounts we use screen printing withplastisol coatings. For bigger amounts we use the technology ofeither plane or rotary printing (Raggiani or Stork printingmachines) - depending on the size and difficulty level of theproject. The other solution can be (making a photographic image ofthe project on polyester) which perfectly reflects a graphic imageon the fabric and does not require preparing tubes or templates. Toestimate the costs of an order we need to know: the shape(oval/square), the volume, kind of a fabric, printing (size, numberof overprints on the parasol, the number of colours in overprint,possibly the pattern in graphic file format, printing on theflounces or on the gores), the number of ordered items. |
